As part of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities taking place the week of October 14th through October 18th, FBC will provide industry exhibits for the 3rd Annual Cybersecurity Day at NASA Ames. The industry exhibits, along with NASA Ames CISO/IT Security Office cybersecurity awareness exhibits, will be open to all ARC personnel on Wednesday, October 16th at Building N-235 – Ames Mega Bites Cafe. This will be an excellent opportunity to network with cybersecurity, SOC (Security Operations Center), Code I (Information Technology), and technical staff at ARC.
Space is limited to the first 20 companies that register.

The expo will take place in the atrium area of the cafe.
** Please note that this is a table top event. The tables in the cafe are fixed and must be used for the event. No large backdrops or pop ups will be allowed due to the size of the atrium**

Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.Please be prepared to show your current Drivers’ License to the Guard at the Badge Office.

Exhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency.
FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.
Ubers, taxis and public transportation cannot access NASA Ames.
Parking and Equipment
Exhibitors can unload their equipment in front of the cafe. There is a ramp available for carts.
Ample open parking is available on the streets surrounding the cafe and adjacent parking lots.
