Andrew Kowalski is a communications expert, critical theorist, and digital rhetorician residing in Colorado Springs. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado for his thesis on social media and populism, which awarded him an MA in communication to complement his BA in English literature from the same university. Andy enjoys many interests, such as cultural anthropology, speculative fiction, and thrash metal, but his main area of expertise is in the relationships between technological change, political rhetoric, and public opinion.

Some of his accomplishments include codeveloping Always Endeavor: A Developmental Guide for In Extremis Leaders with Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel Colin Greata and serving as the main creative force behind Thread of Three Fates, a darkly melodic concept album about surveillance capitalism.

Andy is currently working on expanding and refining his master’s thesis, which he plans to publish as his first official non-fiction book.
