Karen Holt is the Deputy Director and Federal Installation Administrator for Harford County Economic Development, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, serving as liaison to Aberdeen Proving Ground and more than 160 defense contractors. Karen coordinates initiatives with the Chesapeake Science & Security Corridor, and serves as technology liaison for advanced manufacturing, connected and autonomous vehicles and cybersecurity. She also serves as Vice President on the board of the Association of Defense Communities.
