Mr. Philip A. Green is a retired Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Senior Signals Analyst who served a distinguished career in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. Mr. Green founded INNOPLEX, LLC in 2005 (under the original name of Intelligent Solutions for Information Systems) to provide the benefits of his experience and expertise to the company’s government clients, whose missions are critically important to the United States, the Department of Defense, and the nation’s citizens. Mr. Green holds a BS Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, University College and graduated from the U.S. Military’s Undergraduate Intelligence Program.
