Christen Marie Smith is a program manager at LMI, a not-for-profit consulting firm dedicated to advancing the management of government. She designs, develops, and manages delivery of data-driven solutions for building effective federal organizations, workforces, and programs. She has supported projects in workforce analytics and business intelligence for government managers in the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities. She holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University, with a concentration in economics and quantitative analysis.
