Donald Walsh is a Principal at Offit Kurman and Chair of the firm’s Government Contracts Group. Mr. Walsh is well versed in government contracts and procurement law, having brought value to many clients by working closely with them on various contractual and administrative issues uniquely arising from doing business with federal, state and local governments. In over 22 years of practice, he has developed extensive experience with prime contractors and subcontractors wrestling with operational and administrative issues, protests to GAO and ODRA, contract disputes and drafting, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and challenges, termination claims, and requests for equitable adjustments. His practice has taken him before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, federal and state agencies, and the federal and state court systems.
