Greg Isaak Voykhansky, J.D., Ph.D., is a multifaceted leader, educator, and entrepreneur with expertise in cybersecurity and nuclear compliance, higher education leadership, and legal governance. As founder and owner of TMLMS, LLC dba TysedMedia.Online, Dr. Voykhansky develops training solutions and compliance programs for the defense industrial base, including NQA-1, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) implementation, Risk Management Framework (RMF), insider threat programs, and DoD cyber awareness curricula. He serves as a Dissertation Chair, subject matter expert, and associate professor at Capitol Technology University and CityU of Seattle (with additional affiliations including the University of the Cumberlands and UMass Global), guiding doctoral research in cyberpsychology, policy, AI ethics, educational engagement, and emerging technologies. Dr. Voykhansky scholarly contributions include several publications, a textbook, and service on editorial boards and peer review panels for several journals. A dedicated volunteer and pro-bono advocate with decades of service in legal aid, international humanitarian efforts, ESL education, and cultural exchanges, Dr. Voykhansky is bilingual in English and Russian. His extracurricular interests include postal memorabilia collection, watchmaking, and triathlon athletics. He resides in Massachusetts with his wife and two pre-college teenage daughters.
