Jeff Fair is a PhD candidate at the George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Administration and serves as the Vice President of Cybersecurity and Economic Development at the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Fair recently retired as a LTC after a 22-year career in the U.S. Army where he served in organizations including the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command. Jeff’s dissertation research includes governmental transparency in the U.S. intelligence community.
