Lauren Beward is the Director of Business Development for Bravura, Inc. and its CMMC support arm, ArCybr, Inc. In this role, she helps grow the business across new Customers and partners within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Contracting sphere, expanding their portfolio of services in systems engineering & integration, enterprise IT, cybersecurity & C3PAO support, and technical training. Lauren has 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and administrative Support; 11 years of experience in government contracting; and 9 years of experience in proposal support. She is the President of the AFCEA Aberdeen chapter, a founding member of Women for Outreach and Leadership (WOL), a member of the Board of Directors for Scottfield Theatre Company, and a newly appointed RUN Board member for United Way of Central Maryland. Lauren is the recipient of the 2025 CHOSEN CDC Women’s History Month award in the Business Category; the 2024 AFCEA International Women’s Appreciation Award; the 2024 Association of Old Crows Aberdeen Proving Ground Community Award; the 2023 Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) Rising Star Award; the 2023 AFCEA International Emerging Leadership Award; and a four-time finalist for the prestigious ATHENA International Young Professional Award in Harford County. Lauren holds a B.S. in Communication Arts and English Literature from Hood College and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
