Phillip Hasse is the President of Contextual IT Solutions. He served as a Test
Director for the Army’s advanced technology team and designed the world’s
largest ATM network at Fort Bragg, led the infrastructure design team at the
world’s second largest airport in Kuala Lumpur, and was a co-designer of a
“Best of Show” network management product at Networld INTEROP, a keynote
speaker at NETCON in Canada, and Co-author of RFC 1236.
