Mr. Tyson Gee is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and currently serves as CSIOS’ Chief Compliance Officer (COO). In this role, he oversees the corporate policy and compliance program, ensuring adherence to contractual, statutory, regulatory, legal, and other corporate provisions. Mr. Gee is responsible for institutionalizing business, mission, and technical standards and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of CSIOS’ cyber products and services.

Collaborating with line organizations in science and technology, research and development, and continuous improvement, Mr. Gee certifies and appraises CSIOS’ Cyberspace Operations Division under quadruple International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022). He also spearheads key initiatives dedicated to strengthening cybersecurity measures for CSIOS’ federal customers. His strategic leadership has ensured compliance with rigorous standards resulting in the attainment of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) V2.0 Maturity Level 3 ratings for Development (CMMI-DEV) and Services (CMMI-SVC).

Mr. Gee holds a Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Analysis from Utica University and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Liberty University. He also possesses multiple advanced industry certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
