Dr. David Tyler has 25 years’ experience supporting the engineering, integration, training, and technical support for Army intelligence, cyber, and sensor capabilities. Dr. Tyler currently leads Parsons’ operations at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland in support of the Army’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance for (C5ISR) Center, PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEWS), and the Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
