Richard A. “Rick” Lipsey, CISSP, is the Deputy Director of the ISAO Standards Organization and the senior strategic cyber lead for LMI, a not-for-profit consulting firm dedicated to advancing the management of government. He coordinates a multi-disciplinary portfolio of cyber-related management and analytical services. He is a 28-year Air Force veteran and led the establishment of DoD’s first combatant command network warfare center, led Air Force communications support in Southwest Asia, and served as Vice Commander of 24th Air Force.
